Our dogs are guaranteed to be free of congenital diseases such as Collie Eye Anomaly/ Choroidal Hypoplasia (CEA/CH), Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinosis (CL), Border Collie Collapse (BCC), Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA), Epilepsy, Trapped Neutrophil Syndrome (TNS), or any other inheritable disease before two (2) years of age.
If the dog develops any inheritable disease before two (2) years of age, we must be informed at once. The owner will be required to supply proof of the condition or defect from two (2) individual licensed veterinarians’ offices in the form of written confirmation and tests (if a test is available). If the veterinarian cannot perform the test themselves, the test must be done by a organization such as OptiGen.

Our dogs are guaranteed to be free of hip dysplasia (OFA Normal: Fair, Good, or Excellent) up to two (2) years of age. The guarantee is void if the cause of hip dysplasia is found not to be genetic. (Example: Hit by a vehicle or trained to jump to young.). If the dog has received a lack of adequate nutrition that has resulted in reduced health, this guarantee is void. Proof of diet must be provided in receipts showing the purchase of dog food whilst the dog is in the owner’s possession.
If the dog has hip dysplasia we must be informed, right away. The owner will be required to supply proof of hip dysplasia from two (2) individual licensed veterinarians’ offices in the form of written confirmation and radiographs. The radiographs must conform to the written (OFA) hip radiograph procedures.
